Dallas-based Haynes and Boone opened a Denver office on Jan. 26, launching it with lateral hires Anne Weber, a midstream and pipeline lawyer, and Alan Talesnick, who does securities and corporate work.
Brian Graham joined Haynes and Boone as an associate in Denver. He had been an associate with Weber Law Firm, which was owned by Weber before she joined Haynes and Boone. Talesnick, was a partner in Patton Boggs in Denver.
