The bell rang on a third round of the fight to dismiss the indictment in former Gov. Rick Perry’s criminal case.

Perry argued that his indictment for abuse of official capacity and coercion of a public servant must include more details about the government property that he allegedly misused and the threat that he allegedly made for Travis County District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg to resign from office. But Perry also claimed that it’s legally impossible for the indictment to state how he committed either crime.
