Never underestimate the power of questions. Here are three great questions from three great books.

First up, “Empathy: Why It Matters, and How to Get It” from Roman Krznaric. His advice: If you really want to understand what someone is thinking, eschew “ How’s it going?” and embrace “What’s on your mind this morning?” The first question generates the automatic response of “Ok,” while the second invites a genuine response.
