Former District Judge Angus McGinty of San Antonio, who faces a federal bribery indictment, caused a car accident in San Antonio on Feb. 8, and the other driver has accused him of providing expired insurance information.
Preliminary information from the San Antonio Police Department explained that the other driver, Yvette Quiroz, made a police report on the day after the accident. McGinty, driving a green Mercedes Benz, was driving in front of Quiroz in her Hyundai Accent.
