Well, Valentine’s Day has come and gone. But an interesting piece in the March issue of the Harvard Business Review illuminates the importance at work of being in a relationship.

Check out “Work & Family: Why A Dutiful Spouse Can Boost Your Career.” A study concludes that an employee succeeds at work if the employee’s spouse demonstrates conscientiousness. Why? Well, a spouse with this quality assumes household chores, freeing their partners to concentrate on their jobs.
