Pennzoil-Quaker State Company won its trademark infringement case on Feb. 23 against Miller Oil and Gas Operations in a case involving a long-standing collaboration between the two companies.
“This is a dispute about a commercial relationship, one largely defined by the use of another’s intellectual property, gone bad,” according to the judgment rendered by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit on Feb. 23, in Pennzoil-Quaker State v. Miller Oil and Gas Operations.
