Two San Antonio-based makers of Mexican candies engaged in a trademark dispute have veered into a battle about spoliation allegations.

The plaintiff, Alamo Packing & Candy Company, is seeking sanctions against the defendants for spoliation, as well as $127,000 in pretrial attorney fees for the legal fight it had to engage in to attempt to get evidence it alleges the defendants destroyed.
