A Missouri City woman who alleges she slipped and fell at a Walgreens in 2012 has sued her Houston lawyer because she says he never filed her personal injury lawsuit.
The woman, Pam Louviere, hired attorney Carver Henry to file her personal injury suit seeking damages for injuries she alleges she sustained in the fall. But she alleges Henry failed to file the suit. Louviere is suing Henry and two Houston law firms he is associated with for negligence and is seeking more than $100,000 in damages.
