The State Commission on Judicial Conduct issued a public admonition against an intermediate appellate court justice over her 2014 summertime arrest for driving while intoxicated.

Although the case was dismissed in November 2014, 13th Court of Appeals Justice Nora Longoria’s behavior during her drunk driving arrest violated the Texas Constitution and the Texas Code of Judicial Conduct, said the March 13 public admonition.
