Last year, Dallas attorney William Munck did what he knew best when a for-profit lacrosse business was allegedly preventing his son’s advancement in the sport—he made a federal case about it.
And Munck seemed to get what he wanted in an agreed order that dismisses Munck v. Dallas Lacrosse Academy in a Sherman U.S. district court, which alleged the defendants had operated in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
