Talk about an experience gap. Dallas lawyer Mark Werbner made his first appearance before the U.S. Supreme Court this week. He opposed Seth Waxman, a former U.S. solicitor general, who, at the same hearing, logged his 73rd oral argument in front of the high court.

“I’m sitting there quite nervous,” recalled Werbner.
