A group of Houston jurors recently doled out stern justice to a natural gas pipeline operator they determined to be shirking its contractual duties.
Last week, Houston-based Enterprise Texas Pipeline, now a subsidiary of Enterprise Products Partners, won a jury verdict in a Houston district court in its breach of contract claim against Energy Transfer Fuel a subsidiary of Energy Transfer Partners.
