In the wake of filing a Chapter 11 bankruptcy lawsuit last October, Texas-based Endeavour International is getting ready to sell substantially all of its assets both in the North Sea and in the United States.
Back on Oct. 10, 2014, Endeavour filed its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware because of financial challenges. After a motion was filed by Endeavour, the court entered an order on Oct. 15 directing the procedural consolidation and joint administration of the Chapter 11 cases of Endeavour International with the following subsidiaries: Endeavour Operating Corp., Endeavour International Corp., Endeavour Colorado Corp., END Management Co., Endeavour Energy New Ventures Inc. and Endeavour Energy Luxembourg.
