Kenneth Broughton, a litigation partner in Reed Smith in Houston who helped launch the office in January 2013, is now managing partner in Houston.
Integration partner David Thompson, who has led the office for the last 30 months, will return full time to San Francisco, the firm announced on June 30. Thompson does real estate work and development projects in the energy, financial services, technology and utility industries.
