A Friendswood investigator sued Houston plaintiffs firm Arnold & Itkin, alleging that the firm breached an oral contract by failing to pay him at least $4 million for investigation work and for cases he referred to the firm.

Richard Fleisher alleges in a petition that he filed on July 6 in the 234th District Court in Harris County that he is owed money for investigatory work on “a range of cases,” as well as the referral of 19 personal injury cases.
