A Lockhart construction company and its owners have sued two Texas law firms and an Austin attorney, alleging that the lawyer made mistakes and gave “generally bad advice” that got them sued in one matter and lost them a jury trial in another.
T&V Optimum and its principals, Thomas and Valerie Erickson, hired Jason Spencer while he worked at Ford Nassen & Baldwin and at Andrews Myers. Spencer represented them in litigation with subcontractors, general business matters and litigation over the sale of T&V to the Ericksons. T&V is a steel fabrication and erection company.
