A group of institutional energy investors has filed a $150 million lawsuit against Duane Morris in a Houston state district court, alleging that the international law firm hid a litigation demand letter from them and even pretended to represent the plaintiffs in a case.
An outside counsel for the 700-lawyer firm strongly denies the allegations.
