“The shale revolution is leading policymakers to rethink regulatory concepts at a pace we have never seen before,” Texas railroad commissioner Christi Craddick said recently at the State Bar of Texas Public Utility Law Section’s (PULS) annual meeting and seminar in Austin.
PULS deals with issues of interest to Texas lawyers involved in natural gas, electric, communications, and water regulation. The current PULS chair, Susan Gentz, a member of the Austin firm of Enoch Kever, presided over the recent annual meeting.
