A Dallas personal injury firm wants to know who posted an allegedly defamatory resume about it on a popular job search website.

Eberstein & Witherite recently won approval from a district judge in Austin to depose Indeed Inc. prior to filing suit against the person who posted the resume on Indeed.com. In late August, the firm subpoenaed Indeed to learn the identity of the user who posted the resume and how many people had seen it.
