A Dallas brewery has crowdfunded $25,106 to pay for a federal lawsuit against the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission that makes constitutional claims about Texas laws preventing the brewery from selling beer-to-go.

Microbreweries cannot,” Deep Ellum Brewing Co. wrote in its campaign “Sue TABC: Operation Six Pack to Go!!” on Indiegogo, a crowdfunding website.
