With the addition of two accomplished securities law attorneys and the 2015 criminal defense lawyer of the year, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton now has five attorneys defending him in his criminal case.
The three lawyers complement the skill sets of the existing litigators on Paxton’s team. Paxton faces two first-degree felony securities fraud charges and one third-degree felony charge of failure to register as an investment adviser representative.
