Andrews Kurth’s clients filed a Rule 11 sanctions motion in San Antonio federal court targeting plaintiffs counsel William H. Oliver of San Antonio’s Pipkin & Oliver.
The motion describes Oliver’s advocacy as a “fraud crusade.” The plaintiffs counsel has flouted procedures that he “and everyone who has completed first- semester civil procedure knows,” the motion states.
