Before former U.S. District Judge Leonard Davis of the Eastern District left the bench, he issued in April a $4.9 million final judgment for Uniloc in its patent infringement lawsuit against Electronics Arts. But fast-forward more than six months, and the two sides continue to spit out trial court motions at each other.

Recently, Uniloc filed a Rule 11 sanctions against EA and its lawyers at San Francisco’s Keker & Van Nest and Tyler’s Potter Minton, for allegedly filing frivolous motions.
