If she had the opportunity to rewind and replay the scene, plaintiffs lawyer T Nguyen of the Turley Law Firm in Dallas said she would still walk out of the deposition as she did two months ago, even if it meant being sanctioned.
During the deposition, Nguyen alleges that a defense lawyer, through his questions posed to another witness, was improperly impeaching her client. Her client is the mother of an incapacitated 37-year-old woman who claims her daughter was raped by a driver on a Dallas Area Rapid Transit-provided vehicle.
