A Fort Worth federal magistrate denied a race-discrimination plaintiff’s motion for sanctions against Burlington Northern Santa Fe.
The plaintiff had based her motion on allegations that Russell Cawyer, a Kelly Hart & Hallman partner who represents BNSF, during a contentious deposition, had used a menacing tone and falsely accused her of stealing documents.
