A Southlake attorney is facing both a criminal charge and a civil allegation in Tarrant County related to allegations that she ripped off real estate investors.
Nancy Carroll was charged with theft of property Feb. 22 and is currently being extradited from Illinois where she was recently arrested, according to Samantha Jordan, a spokeswoman for the Tarrant County district attorney’s office.
