Douglas A. Yeager, a Houston partner in Locke Lord, has been named chairman of the firm’s Finance, Banking and Real Estate Department. He focuses his practice on real estate and finance matters, representing owners, tenants, developers and financial institutions in the acquisition, development, leasing, disposition and financing of commercial real estate.
Joel N. Crouch has been elected managing partner of Dallas-based Meadows, Collier, Reed, Cousins, Crouch & Ungerman. He will continue representing clients in civil and criminal tax controversies. Anthony Daddino has been elected to the firm’s management committee.
