In an insurance industry related dispute, a Dallas federal court ordered sanctions against defendants and their counsel, Sandra Liser, an attorney in the Fort Worth office of Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee.
The court ordered the sanctions, but in the same ruling, also denied other motions for sanctions filed by the plaintiff.
