Marc G. Rosenthal of Austin, who is serving 20 years in jail for bribing a district judge, is officially an ex-lawyer.
The Texas Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred Rosenthal this week, finding he was convicted of intentional and serious crimes and he lost his appeal of his convictions. Rosenthal’s law license has been suspended since April 2014.
