A paraplegic plaintiff who is pursuing claims under the American with Disabilities Act about a retailer’s parking lot filed a motion to disqualify well-known Austin civil rights lawyer James Harrington, who represents the defendants. The defendants are owners of a furniture store called NEST.
In his motion to disqualify, plaintiff John Deutsch, whom Austin attorney Omar Rosales represents, alleges that Harrington had been disruptive at a deposition.
