Hays County Court-at-Law No. 2 Judge David Glickler pleaded no contest to driving while intoxicated and was sentenced to three days in jail and a driver’s license suspension of 180 days. He got credit for already serving one day in jail.

Glickler wrote in a statement that he doesn’t believe he was intoxicated on the night he was arrested, but he wanted to hold himself to a higher standard, and so he accepted an agreement to put an end to his case.
