After being demoted last week from his job as Baylor University’s president for not doing enough to stop rape on campus, Ken Starr has now announced that he’s also leaving his job as the school’s chancellor.

The Baylor Board of Regents demoted Starr and fired Baylor head football coach Art Briles on May 26 after an investigation they commissioned by the Philadelphia law firm Pepper Hamilton determined that school administrators did not adequately respond to accusations of several female students who alleged they were sexually assaulted by Baylor football players—and even discouraged the students from pursuing the complaints.
