A Houston company seeks more than $100,000 in damages from Florida firm Kelley Kronenberg and two Houston lawyers, alleging in a suit that the defendants mishandled a lawsuit, which cost it a lot of money in attorney fees and lost damages, and overbilled for their services.

“Unfortunately, due to a series of negligent acts on behalf of defendants, although plaintiff was successful at trial, plaintiff received far less money than [it] was entitled to at law and that in all probability would have been awarded by the jury,” Accurate Precision Plating alleges in a petition filed June 2 in the 333rd District Court in Harris County.
