The chair of Winstead’s bankruptcy group and two other bankruptcy shareholders in Dallas have moved to Haynes and Boone, joining some bankruptcy lawyers they’ve worked with for many years.
Eli Columbus, Matt Ferris and Frasher Murphy joined Haynes and Boone on June 6 as partners in Dallas. Columbus had been chair of Winstead’s business restructuring and bankruptcy practice group, and Murphy had been chair of the firm’s turnaround and workout industry group.
