Following the lead of other large Texas firms, Andrews Kurth of Houston has matched the new Cravath, Swaine & Moore salary scale for all of its U.S. associates effective July 1.
Andrews Kurth joins a number of other Texas firms giving big raises to associates since Cravath set the new market rate earlier this month. Those firms include Vinson & Elkins, Baker Botts and Bracewell, all of Houston; Locke Lord of Dallas; and litigation firms Susman Godfrey of Houston and McKool Smith of Dallas.
