. . . Andrew Betaque, a tax attorney, has rejoined Locke Lord as a partner in the Dallas office. Betaque’s practice focuses on corporate and partnership taxation of domestic and in-bound, out-bound and other cross-border transactions. He previously was with the firm from 2002 to 2014.
. . . Bruce W. Bowman Jr. and Jenny L. Martinez have become name shareholders in the recently rebranded firm of Godwin Bowman & Martinez. Bowman serves as the firm’s executive vice president and general counsel. Martinez is executive vice president and secretary/treasurer. Bowman and Martinez serve as cochairs of the firm’s commercial litigation section. Formerly known as Godwin P.C., the firm has offices in Dallas and Houston.
