Paul Tobias, a corporate lawyer who does work for technology companies, has joined Vinson & Elkins as a partner in Austin, coming from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s office in Austin.
Tobias said he could not pass up the opportunity to join V&E because of the quality of its lawyers and practice.
