In another legal challenge to Obama administration policies, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, along with 20 other states’ attorneys general, filed a lawsuit in a Sherman, Texas, federal court, alleging that a new federal regulation that doubles the salary threshold for overtime pay is unconstitutional.
With their complaint, filed Tuesday, Texas and the other states are seeking an injunction barring the new regulation from being enforced.
