Justin Bieber fans hoping to catch a glimpse of the pop singer in a Houston courtroom will miss that opportunity. A Houston man has dropped a lawsuit he filed against Bieber alleging the singer smashed his cellphone and had his security detail kick him out of a Houston club.

On Sept. 22, Robert Earl Morgan of Houston filed the notice of nonsuit with prejudice. In the petition Morgan filed against Bieber on May 3, he had sought up to $100,000 in damages from Bieber.
