Three may be the lucky number for Dallas-based lawyers who won for VirnetX Holding Corp. a $302 million patent infringement against Apple this week in a Tyler federal court.

That’s because three equals the number of times the Caldwell Cassady & Curry lawyers have persuaded a jury that Apple infringed on the same Nevada-based VirnetX-owned patents for network technology in its iPhones, iPads and other Apple products, used to make FaceTime work.
