Texas and 13 other states challenging new public school bathroom policies affecting transgender students said a delay in their implementation would cause no harm to individuals.
The argument was made in response to the U.S. government’s motion to stay a nationwide injunction on introducing the new policy, which would require that transgender students be allowed to use the bathroom matching their gender identity.
