I love this issue. The topic of women leadership is close to my heart, not to mention a topic currently in the spotlight.

I am writing this letter two days after the presidential election. The topic of gender equality is on everyone’s lips, minds—and Twitter feeds. And no matter what your politics, it is a fact that even though we don’t have our first woman president, this election was a history-making event for women. But it also makes me think of the famous quote: “Ginger Rogers did everything that Fred Astaire did. She just did it backwards and in high heels.” This is true for many women in the legal world.
