Marianne Auld has taken over as managing partner of Fort Worth-based Kelly, Hart & Hallman, succeeding Dee Kelly Jr., who led the firm for the last 11 years.

Kelly said he announced in mid-December that he wanted to step down after serving one year of his third five-year term. On Dec. 31, 2016, the partners elected Auld to serve the remaining four years of the term beginning on Jan. 1, Kelly said.
