In a legal battle unfolding in state court in Houston, aptly enough for a Seussian tale, four white Bengal tigers, a billionaire, an aquarium, a restaurant, a very small pool and a few artificial tree branches all figure into the allegations.

The fight began when Landry’s Inc., a company led by Tilman Fertitta of CNBC’s show “Billion Dollar Buyer” fame, which owns restaurants chains and the Houston Aquarium, filed last year a lawsuit alleging defamation claims against three defendants.
