Texas eminent domain attorneys have already begun prepping to handle litigation over building President Donald Trump’s wall across the U.S.-Mexico border.

Eminent domain law conferences have already offered training about border wall cases. But Houston eminent domain lawyer Justin Hodge, partner at Johns Marrs Ellis & Hodge, said those cases won’t create the most work during Trump’s presidency. Trump has prioritized infrastructure improvements, and Hodge said that highway projects might bring about more cases.
