For the better part of two decades, Seana Willing saw to it that hundreds of unethical judges in Texas got what was coming to them.

No judge was immune from Willing’s gaze while she served as executive director of the State Commission on Judicial Conduct. She enforced the state’s Code of Judicial Conduct against everyone, from lowly justice of the peace court judges up to the sitting members of the Texas Supreme Court.
