Wayne Tracker, who has become the subject of Stephen Colbert’s comedy routines, first surfaced when he became known as the pen name Tillerson allegedly deployed, when, as Exxon Mobil’s CEO, he engaged in emailed discussions about climate change, according to New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman.
