A Texas federal judge has agreed to move ExxonMobil’s lawsuit against the state AGs of New York and Massachusetts from his Dallas courtroom to New York City.

In a decision issued late in the afternoon on March 29, U.S. District Judge Ed Kinkeade of the Northern District of Texas in Dallas ruled that, after careful consideration of jurisdictional issues raised, he would transfer the hot potato of a case to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
