A lawyer who had an intimate relationship with a client he had been assigned to represent as a conflict public defender for Cherry Hill is facing a reprimand.
The Disciplinary Review Board, in seeking the sanction, said that because Bruce Warren Jr. was appointed, he and the client "were not on an equal playing field and she was not in a position to freely consent to the relationship."
