    Binner v. Limestone County

    Because the trial court could properly dismiss the case for failure of diligent prosecution or for failure to comply with Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 165a(2) time standards, the trial court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to reinstate the case under Rule 165a(3).
